How we calculate

Requests per month = requests per week × 4.33.
Time by hand = sea requests × sea minutes + road and air requests × road/air minutes.
With SHIPO, a sea request with a live rate needs only a review. A sea request without one still needs the rate. Road and air requests need a check of the vendor replies. SHIPO never counts as adding time.
Hours back = time by hand minus time with SHIPO. Full-time operators = hours back ÷ 140 productive hours a month.
Capacity = today's weekly requests ÷ the share of work that is left.
The revenue scenario multiplies monthly requests by the extra win-rate points and the profit per shipment. It is off by default.
